Being embodied in my unapologetic expression has been one of the biggest initiations of my life.
As a child & teenager I experienced extreme bullying that deeply impacted my voice as I got older.
When I first started coaching people almost 8 years ago, all the ways I was censoring & suppressing my expression became loud & clear.
I had to face how unsafe I felt in my authentic expression in order to stay on assignment with what my Soul came here to do.
I always say that our business is one big olâ spiritual awakening for the parts of ourselves that long to be seen.
Trying to speak softly instead of embracing my warm yet spicy, bold tone.
Iâd people-please because the thought of people disliking me, rejecting me, or misrepresenting my character online felt like the worst thing that could happen.
Iâd override my boundaries with clients because I was afraid of upsetting them even though it was a disservice to them as well as myself.
I would bite my tongue & overanalyze my writing & videos because I was terrified that Iâd lose out on money & clients if I spoke with my full chest & potentially ruffled some feathers along the way.
Oh, & donât get me started on all the times I felt shame for knowing that I love attention, love getting down & dirty in the forest but also LOVE luxury & know that money is a resource that is extremely important for me to embrace the freedom-filled, wealthy life that my soul came here to experience.
Gosh, it was exhausting.
One of the greatest awakenings of my life happened when I stopped apologizing for knowing that my life-changing work is here to help thousands AND that Iâm here to not just be seen, but be hired & paid prosperously for the epic work I do with my clients.
