VOICE: The Membership - Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Description

• VOICE: The Membership, provided by Rachael Meeds, offers a range of services and benefits to its members, as detailed on the membership landing page.

2. Membership Plans and Payments

• Members pay on a Month-to-Month Plan: $97 USD per month
• Payment for membership is processed through Stripe on Kajabi. Members can choose to stay indefinitely or cancel at any time.
• Payment is automatically renewed and charged monthly unless the member cancels before the payment date.

3. Access and Account

• To access the exclusive content available on the Kajabi platform, members must complete the registration process during checkout. This includes providing a valid email address and creating a password. In case a member forgets their password, they can initiate a password reset directly from the login page.
• For participation in our private Telegram chat, members need their own Telegram account and access it via a link in the welcome email.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Membership can be canceled anytime via the Kajabi portal or by emailing support at [email protected]. Allow up to 72 hours for processing. No refunds are available.

5. Termination

• Membership termination may occur in cases of repeated violations of our code of conduct, including but not limited to offensive language, harassment, or other behavior deemed disruptive to the community. Members will be notified of termination via email and will have the opportunity to appeal or seek clarification.
• Membership will also be terminated if subscription payment fails. 
• The organization reserves the right to terminate membership for any activity that violates these terms and conditions, including fraudulent activities, unauthorized sharing of login credentials, or misrepresentation.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and resources provided within the membership are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Members are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or use of content beyond these terms requires express written consent from the organization.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

• In order to provide the membership services, we collect personal information, including the member's name, email address, and billing address, solely for billing and communication purposes. This data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties, except as required by law.

8. Code of Conduct

• We expect all members to maintain a respectful and positive atmosphere within the membership community. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to, the use of offensive language, harassment of other members, and any activity that disrupts the community. Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or membership termination, depending on the severity of the offense.

9. Communication

• The organization will communicate with members through newsletters, updates, and announcements via the contact information provided during membership registration. Members can choose to opt out of certain types of communication or newsletters.

10. Member Responsibilities

• Members are responsible for actively participating in the membership community, engaging respectfully, and adhering to the terms and code of conduct.

11. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute between a member and the organization, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through mediation or arbitration. The process will be initiated by the party bringing forward the dispute, and both parties agree to act in good faith to reach a fair and reasonable resolution.

12. Liability and Disclaimers

• Members acknowledge that their participation in the membership carries inherent risks, and the organization is not liable for any personal or professional consequences resulting from membership participation. Members use the membership services at their own discretion.

13. Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, BC, Canada. In the event of a legal dispute, legal action will be conducted within the jurisdiction of Victoria, BC, Canada.

14. Changes to Terms

• The organization reserves the right to modify these terms and will notify members of changes through email or by posting a notice on our website. Members have the option to accept or reject these changes.

15. Severability

• If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains in full effect. The parties agree to replace the unenforceable provision with a valid provision that best achieves the intended legal and economic result.
